Backneo.Com AI Transparency Statement
Title: Backneo.Com AI Transparency Statement
Last updated: April 15, 2026
1. Purpose of This Statement
This AI Transparency Statement explains, in plain language, how AI-related features on BACKNEO generally work, what users should expect, and what users should not assume.
BACKNEO is an AI-powered online workstation and media platform that may provide features involving text generation, file-related processing, image generation, video generation, editing assistance, metadata assistance, asset organization, public showcase tools, and marketplace-related workflows.
This statement is intended to improve transparency. It does not replace the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Content Policy, Credits Policy, Marketplace & Contributor License Rules, or any other applicable platform rule.
2. Use of Automated Systems
BACKNEO relies on automated systems to receive inputs, process requests, generate results, store outputs, produce previews, route workflows, detect policy risks, and operate service features.
Depending on the feature, automated systems may:
- process prompts or instructions you submit;
- analyze supported files or references you provide;
- generate text, summaries, rewrites, or other language-based outputs;
- generate images, videos, previews, thumbnails, or related media outputs;
- help draft titles, descriptions, or keywords for marketplace or contributor workflows;
- apply editing, transformation, enhancement, or export-related operations;
- organize, store, retrieve, share, or delete digital assets;
- apply moderation, safety, rights-risk, abuse-prevention, or technical controls;
- route requests through supporting infrastructure necessary for service delivery.
3. What Users Should Not Assume
You should not assume that AI-generated or AI-assisted results are:
- factually accurate;
- original in the copyright sense;
- exclusive to you;
- safe for commercial use;
- cleared for trademark, publicity, privacy, release, or licensing concerns;
- suitable for legal, financial, medical, journalistic, or compliance-sensitive use without human review;
- free from hallucinations, style drift, bias, or unwanted artifacts.
You should also not assume that AI-generated titles, keyword drafts, categorizations, or content suggestions create or confirm legal rights.
4. Inputs and Source Material Risks
BACKNEO may allow users to upload files, reference images, reference videos, source images, start frames, end frames, editing sources, or other inputs.
AI can process those materials only as part of the requested workflow. AI processing does not grant you rights you do not already have.
If you submit unauthorized third-party materials as references or source inputs, the resulting outputs may also carry legal or policy risk, and they may be rejected, removed, delisted, or made ineligible for sale or public distribution.
AI transformation does not automatically convert unauthorized source material into lawfully usable or commercially clear material.
5. Marketplace and Contributor Workflows
In some workflows, BACKNEO may use automated systems to assist with:
- metadata draft generation;
- preview generation;
- review queue support;
- moderation or rights-risk signals;
- listing structure or formatting support.
These systems may be helpful, but they can be wrong. Human review remains necessary.
Contributor approval, listing acceptance, and public visibility remain subject to platform review, policy enforcement, rights complaints, and operational decisions.
6. Public Sharing and Showcase Features
If you use Creative Square, shared collections, temporary share links, or similar features, automated systems may generate previews, light/full derivatives, thumbnails, or formatted display materials.
These public-facing materials are meant to operate the feature. They do not mean BACKNEO is certifying the ownership, release status, or commercial clearance of the underlying work.
7. Safety, Moderation, and Enforcement
BACKNEO may use automated systems to detect content or conduct associated with:
- safety risks;
- policy violations;
- fraud;
- spam;
- abuse;
- IP complaints or suspicious rights claims;
- suspicious marketplace behavior;
- upload or share patterns that create elevated legal or operational risk.
These systems can produce false positives or false negatives. BACKNEO may therefore combine automated signals with human review, case-by-case judgment, or operational discretion.
8. Human Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing your own inputs, outputs, listings, public shares, and commercial uses.
This is especially important where a result could affect:
- legal rights;
- third-party intellectual property;
- privacy or publicity rights;
- business transactions;
- journalism or public communications;
- educational or employment outcomes;
- safety or reputation.
When in doubt, seek qualified human advice.
9. Model and Workflow Changes
AI models, workflow tools, moderation systems, preview systems, storage behavior, and marketplace-related automation may change over time.
As a result:
- the same prompt may produce different results on different dates;
- available features may change;
- response style, visual qualities, metadata quality, or speed may vary;
- some capabilities may be limited, blocked, or replaced.
