1. Purpose

This Content Policy explains what kinds of content and conduct are not allowed on BACKNEO.

It applies to prompts, uploads, files, images, videos, generated outputs, edited works, marketplace listings, public showcase content, stored assets, account behavior, and any other use of the service.

This policy supplements the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Credits Policy, Marketplace & Contributor License Rules, and other applicable platform rules.

2. General Rule

You may not use BACKNEO to create, request, upload, process, store, distribute, share, license, sell, promote, or facilitate content or conduct that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, harmful, or in violation of this Content Policy.

You are responsible for both the content you submit and the way you use the outputs and features you receive.

3. Rights Infringement and Unauthorized Use

You may not use BACKNEO to infringe or facilitate infringement of:

  • copyright;
  • trademark;
  • trade dress;
  • publicity rights;
  • privacy rights;
  • confidentiality rights;
  • contract restrictions;
  • database or platform-use restrictions;
  • any other legal rights of others.

You may not submit content while falsely claiming ownership, release status, commercial clearance, authorship, or licensing authority.

4. Unauthorized Source Materials, References, and Derivatives

You may not upload, submit, or use third-party materials as prompts, reference images, reference videos, source inputs, start frames, end frames, editing sources, or derivative bases unless you have the legal right or authorization to do so.

This includes copyrighted images, videos, illustrations, stock materials, subscription-only materials, branded assets, private works, leaked materials, confidential internal materials, and other protected content obtained without permission.

You may not use BACKNEO to transform, refine, stylize, extend, animate, enhance, or commercially exploit works derived from unauthorized materials.

You may not submit such works to Contributor review, Market listing, Creative Square, shared collections, public previews, or temporary share links.

A work may be restricted even if it has been heavily edited, exported as a new file, re-captioned, retitled, upscaled, or transformed by AI.

5. Marketplace, Contributor, and Public-Showcase Misconduct

You may not use BACKNEO marketplace or public showcase features to:

  • upload material you do not have the right to license or publicly display;
  • mislabel content as “Commercial use” when it is only suitable for editorial or descriptive use;
  • provide false or misleading titles, keywords, categories, authorship details, or rights claims;
  • submit forged or misleading authorization letters, releases, or identity documents;
  • impersonate a creator, brand owner, or rights holder;
  • re-upload works taken from another platform as if they were your own;
  • use public showcase or marketplace tools as a disguised file-distribution or piracy channel;
  • mass-submit low-value, misleading, spam, scraped, or duplicative material intended to flood the platform.

6. Sexual Content and Child Safety

You may not use BACKNEO to create, request, upload, edit, store, or distribute:

  • child sexual abuse material;
  • sexualized depictions of minors or young-looking persons;
  • exploitative non-consensual sexual content;
  • sexual extortion content;
  • intimate-image abuse;
  • content that promotes sexual exploitation.

Any sexual content involving minors, ambiguity as to age, or exploitative circumstances is prohibited.

7. Violence, Self-Harm, and Dangerous Conduct

You may not use BACKNEO to create, request, or distribute content that promotes or facilitates serious harm.

This includes:

  • graphic violence intended to glorify or encourage harm;
  • instructions for violent wrongdoing;
  • encouragement of suicide or self-harm;
  • content promoting terrorism or extremist violence.

Fictional, historical, journalistic, artistic, or critical discussion may be treated differently, but BACKNEO may still restrict such content where necessary for safety or operational reasons.

8. Harassment, Hate, and Abuse

You may not use BACKNEO to harass, threaten, degrade, or target others abusively.

This includes:

  • targeted harassment or humiliation;
  • hateful abuse directed at protected groups;
  • threats of violence or intimidation;
  • doxxing or attempts to expose personal information to cause harm;
  • abusive impersonation of real individuals.

9. Fraud, Deception, and Manipulation

You may not use BACKNEO to deceive others in ways that cause harm.

This includes:

  • phishing messages;
  • fake invoices, fake notices, or scam scripts;
  • forged evidence or fabricated records presented as genuine to harm others;
  • impersonation for fraud or abuse;
  • fraudulent fundraising;
  • deceptive political or civic manipulation;
  • deceptive public-facing claims about a work’s origin, legal status, or rights clearance.

10. Privacy, Confidentiality, and Sensitive Information

You may not use BACKNEO to unlawfully expose or misuse:

  • sensitive personal information;
  • private communications;
  • confidential business information;
  • leaked internal documents;
  • financial account details;
  • identity credentials;
  • medical records;
  • trade secrets.

Do not use temporary sharing, mobile upload bridges, or public showcase tools for materials you are not legally and practically prepared to expose.

11. Malware, Abuse, and Platform Attacks

You may not use BACKNEO to:

  • distribute malware;
  • steal credentials;
  • probe or bypass platform safeguards;
  • overload, scrape, or reverse engineer protected components;
  • automate abusive extraction of assets, previews, or marketplace content;
  • compile or republish platform content to replicate or compete with a similar service without authorization.

12. Enforcement

BACKNEO may investigate and enforce this Content Policy using automated systems, human review, rights complaints, fraud signals, user reports, or operational records.

We may take actions including:

  • refusing or blocking requests;
  • removing content;
  • disabling downloads or public access;
  • delisting marketplace items;
  • freezing Contributor balances or payout requests;
  • restricting account features;
  • suspending or terminating accounts;
  • preserving records for legal, safety, or fraud purposes;
  • reporting matters to appropriate authorities where required or reasonably necessary.

We may act before, during, or after a review process if we reasonably believe immediate action is necessary.

13. Appeals and Questions

If you believe action was taken in error, contact support with sufficient detail for review.
