1. Purpose

These rules govern public or semi-public sharing features on BACKNEO, including Creative Square, shared collections, temporary share links, QR share, temporary mobile upload bridges, temporary transfer pages, and similar features.

These rules supplement the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Content Policy, and Marketplace & Contributor License Rules.

2. Nature of Creative Square and Shared Collections

Creative Square and similar showcase features are public display surfaces intended to let users preview or discover selected works.

They are not:

  • a public-domain dedication;
  • an unrestricted free-download archive;
  • a blanket permission to scrape, harvest, copy, or republish content;
  • a representation that BACKNEO has fully verified ownership, originality, release status, or commercial clearance.

Users and visitors must treat public showcase content as rights-reserved unless a separate, explicit license clearly states otherwise.

3. License Granted by the Sharing User

If you choose to publicly share content through BACKNEO, you grant BACKNEO a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • display the shared work or its previews;
  • generate and display thumbnails, light/full previews, and formatted derivatives needed for display;
  • cache and distribute those previews through BACKNEO-controlled pages and delivery systems;
  • promote the shared work within BACKNEO-operated surfaces reasonably related to the feature.

This license lasts only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the feature and related caching, moderation, and integrity functions.

4. What Other Users and Visitors May Not Do

Unless a separate explicit license says otherwise, users and visitors may not:

  • download, extract, or redistribute public showcase content as raw files or substantially raw files;
  • republish public showcase content on another site, stock platform, or social-media archive as their own;
  • scrape, crawl, bulk-collect, or index showcase content to build a library, training dataset, wallpaper site, prompt pack, or competing service;
  • assume that public display means the content is cleared for commercial use or third-party reuse;
  • use publicly shared content as a source, reference, or derivative basis unless they have the required legal rights.

5. Temporary Share Links and QR Share

BACKNEO may provide temporary share links or QR-based temporary access for convenience.

These links are:

  • temporary;
  • access-control tools, not permanent publication tools;
  • not guaranteed to remain active for any specific duration;
  • not suitable for highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential materials.

Anyone who receives a valid temporary link may be able to view the linked material during the active period. You are responsible for deciding whether to generate or circulate such a link.

6. Temporary Mobile Upload Bridges

BACKNEO may provide temporary mobile-upload pages or QR-based phone-upload tools so that a user can move one file or capture one media item into a current workflow.

These tools are convenience bridges only.

Users should not use them for:

  • highly sensitive identity records unless strictly necessary;
  • financial or secret corporate materials;
  • regulated documents;
  • materials they are not comfortable handling on a phone, public network, or shared device.

Temporary bridge files may expire quickly and may be automatically removed after operational use.

7. Security and Privacy Risks

Public sharing, QR sharing, and temporary transfer tools carry practical risks.

For example:

  • a QR code can be scanned by someone physically nearby;
  • a copied link can be forwarded;
  • content viewed on a public or shared device may be exposed to others;
  • browser caches, screenshots, or intermediary systems may preserve material beyond your control.

Use these features cautiously.

8. Removal, Caching, and Delay

If you disable sharing, delete content, or remove a collection from Creative Square, BACKNEO will attempt to stop active display within its own controlled surfaces in the ordinary course.

However:

  • cached versions may persist briefly;
  • already-generated previews may take time to disappear;
  • previously opened temporary links may remain accessible until expiry;
  • screenshots, third-party captures, or unauthorized copies are outside BACKNEO’s direct control.

9. BACKNEO Enforcement Rights

BACKNEO may restrict, disable, remove, or refuse sharing features where reasonably necessary for:

  • rights complaints;
  • policy violations;
  • fraud or abuse signals;
  • privacy or safety concerns;
  • technical integrity;
  • reputational or legal risk;
  • operational limits.

BACKNEO may also retain related logs, audit records, and compliance records as reasonably necessary.
