Understand the tools, rules, and connected workflow.
A concise guide to Chat, Images, Video, Market, Creative Square, My Assets, credits, storage, and support rules.
Chat helps you plan. Images and Video turn direction into output. My Assets keeps results organized. Market and Creative Square help selected work go further.
Use the tool that matches the next step, then move the result forward when it is ready.
What is BACKNEO designed for?
BACKNEO is built for serious everyday AI work: thinking, writing, image creation, video generation, asset management, and market-ready workflows.
The goal is to keep creative work in one clean system instead of scattering it across separate tools.
How do Chat, Images, Video, Market, Creative Square, Workstation, and My Assets work together?
They form one workflow, not separate islands.
Chat clarifies ideas. Images creates still visuals. Video adds motion. My Assets stores results. Market and Creative Square help selected work reach public use.
Workstation gives you a quick view of recent work, credits, and the path back into each tool.
What is Workstation for?
Workstation is the fast overview for your account activity.
Use it to review recent work, check credits, and continue into Chat, Images, Video, Market, or My Assets without losing context.
When should I use Chat?
Use Chat for thinking, writing, translation, planning, prompt drafting, and refining ideas before spending credits on heavier generation.
Chat is usually the best starting point when the task is still unclear.
Where is file analysis now?
File upload and file analysis now continue inside Chat.
The old standalone Docs lane has been retired from the current core package so the file workflow can stay inside one stable workspace.
When should I use Images?
Use Images when you need still visual output: concepts, product visuals, references, compositions, or polished creative imagery.
Images works best after the direction, style, and main constraints are clear.
When should I use Video?
Use Video when the idea needs motion, timing, transitions, or a moving version of an image direction.
Video is strongest when the prompt, source image, or storyboard is already stable.
What is My Assets?
My Assets is your private library for saved outputs, uploads, collections, and reusable source material.
Use it to organize work, reopen results, choose sources for new generations, and manage storage.
What are Permanent collections?
Permanent collections are paid storage areas for assets you want to keep beyond the normal storage cycle.
Sub-collections inherit the parent Permanent collection’s billing, retention, and deletion rules.
How long will my generated works remain available?
Users should download or retrieve important works within 30 days.
Standard items may be cleared after the current retention period. Permanent collections follow their own paid storage rules.
How do I save assets?
Save important results into My Assets, then organize them into standard or Permanent collections as needed.
If available storage becomes too low, some features may stop until space is freed.
What is Market?
Market is where eligible creative assets can be listed, reviewed, purchased, and reused under BACKNEO’s current rules.
It connects to My Assets because eligible works usually start from saved assets and listing status returns to the asset card.
Can purchased Market assets or derived works be resold?
No. Purchased Market assets are not eligible for resale.
Outputs derived from purchased Market assets are also locked from resale, even if they were created through Images, Video, or later edits.
If any source in a new work carries a purchased Market origin, the resulting asset should not be sold again.
What is Creative Square?
Creative Square is for public inspiration and selected showcase work.
It is different from Market: Creative Square is about discovery and display, while Market is about eligible asset listing and purchase.
Can I use Market assets as creative references?
You may use purchased Market assets according to the license and product rules shown at the time of purchase.
Using a purchased asset as a source does not make the new output eligible for resale.
How are credits used?
Credits are the account balance used across Chat, Images, Video, and supported storage features.
Actual costs may vary by tool, model, quality level, duration, or storage option. Check Pricing & Credits for current numbers.
Is BACKNEO designed for minors?
No. BACKNEO is not designed for minors.
If a minor uses the platform, that use should happen only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
What kinds of content are not allowed?
We do not accept input or output involving pornographic, political, violent, criminal, unethical, immoral, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Users should not use BACKNEO to generate, request, process, or distribute content that violates these rules.
Should I use my account in public places?
No. Avoid using your account in public places where credentials, private files, or generated outputs may be exposed.
Do not leave your session open on shared devices or in visible public environments.
What happens if a task fails?
Purchased credits are generally final once they have been added to your account.
If a task clearly fails abnormally, contact support with the error message and screenshot. After review, credits may be returned when appropriate.
What should I include when reporting a failed generation?
Please include the tool name, task ID if visible, what you tried to generate, the error message, and a screenshot.
For missing results, include the approximate time, browser, and whether you were using uploaded or saved sources.
How can I get help?
Use the Contact page for failed tasks, missing assets, credit issues, account questions, or anything that needs review.
For technical issues, include clear screenshots and the exact page or tool where the issue happened.
