Understand the tools, the rules, and how the workflow connects.

This page covers the core tools, the connected workflow, and the main rules users should understand. For current costs, see Pricing & Credits.

Core workflow

Chat helps you think and structure. Images helps you create visuals. Video helps you turn a stable idea into motion output. My Assets keeps reusable results together.

In most real use cases, these tools work best together rather than separately.

What is BACKNEO designed for?

BACKNEO is built for serious everyday AI work. It is designed for users who want one place to move between conversation, image generation, video generation, and private assets without constantly switching platforms.

The overall idea is simple: start where your task begins, then move across tools as the work becomes clearer.

How do Chat, Images, Video, and My Assets connect to each other?

These tools are not isolated. They are meant to be used as a connected workflow:

  • Chat helps you think, plan, rewrite, and structure ideas.
  • Images helps you generate or refine visuals after your concept is clear.
  • Video helps you turn a finished idea, script, frame, or image direction into motion output.
  • My Assets keeps your saved results and archives ready for reuse.

A common workflow is: start in Chat, move to Images for visuals, continue into Video if motion output is needed, and keep reusable results inside My Assets.

When should I use Chat?

Use Chat when you need thinking, writing, refinement, planning, translation, brainstorming, or task structuring. It is the fastest place to clarify intent before you spend credits elsewhere.

It is also the best starting point when you are not yet sure whether your task should continue into images, video, or saved assets.

Where is file analysis now?

File upload and file analysis now continue inside Chat.

The old standalone Docs lane has been retired from the current core package so the file workflow can stay inside one stable workspace.

When should I use Images?

Use Images when you need still visual output: concept art, commercial visuals, product imagery, references, compositions, or iterative creative exploration.

Images often works best after you have already clarified your direction inside Chat.

When should I use Video?

Use Video when your idea needs motion. This usually comes later in the workflow, after text, documents, or image direction are already stable.

Video output is usually strongest when the prompt, storyboard, or source image has already been clarified elsewhere in the platform.

Is BACKNEO designed for minors?

No. BACKNEO is not designed for minors. If a minor uses the platform, that use should happen only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

What kinds of content are not allowed?

We do not accept input or output involving pornographic, political, violent, criminal, unethical, immoral, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Users should not use BACKNEO to generate, request, process, or distribute content that violates these rules.

How long will my generated works remain available?

Users should download or retrieve their works within 30 days.

We may improve storage policies in the future, but we cannot currently guarantee that works will remain available after 30 days. After that period, content may be removed.

How do I save assets?

Every account starts with 3 GB of private storage. If your available space becomes too low, some BACKNEO features may no longer work until space is freed.

Items in My Assets and standard collections follow the regular storage cycle and may be cleared automatically after 30 days. If you delete something manually, it moves to Trash first and is permanently cleared after 48 hours.

Permanent collections are billed separately and follow their own paid storage rules. Please review the collection details before storing important files there.

If you need more capacity or a custom solution, please contact support.

Should I use my account in public places?

No. Users should avoid using their account in public places where digital content, credentials, or private outputs may be exposed.

To reduce the risk of theft or misuse, do not leave your session open on shared devices or in visible public environments.

What happens if a task fails?

Purchased credits are generally final once they have been added to your account.

If a task clearly fails abnormally — for example, no usable result is returned, the result does not display, or the task fails in an unusual way — please contact us through the Contact page with the error message and screenshot. After review, the corresponding credits may be returned when appropriate.

What should I include when reporting a failed generation?

Please include as much useful detail as possible:

  • the tool you were using
  • what you were trying to generate
  • the error message, if one appeared
  • a screenshot of the failed result or abnormal state
  • your contact details so we can follow up if needed

This makes it much easier for us to verify the issue and process any credit return when appropriate.
