You may not use BACKNEO to create, upload, request, store, or distribute content involving:

- abusive or degrading sexual material
- content involving minors in any sexual context
b. Violence and Harm
- graphic violence
- cruelty
- glorification of physical harm
- instructions or promotion related to harming others
c. Crime and Abuse
- fraud
- theft
- deception
- unlawful access
- malicious exploitation of systems
- evasion of platform safeguards
d. Political Manipulation
- propaganda
- coordinated persuasion campaigns
- deceptive political messaging
- voter manipulation or targeted political abuse
e. Harassment and Abuse
- threats
- intimidation
- humiliation
- hateful abuse
- malicious targeting of individuals or groups
f. Unethical or Socially Harmful Content

4. Misuse of the Platform
You may not:

- how generated content is shared, published, or relied upon
AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or misleading. You must review outputs carefully before using them in any public, commercial, legal, medical, financial, educational, or reputationally sensitive context.
6. Intellectual Property and Rights Clearance
You should only upload or submit content that you have the right to use.
You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, reference files, uploaded materials, and downstream use of outputs do not violate the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
BACKNEO does not independently verify that each user submission is properly authorized.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
BACKNEO may, at its discretion, review, restrict, remove, or block content or accounts that appear to violate this Content Policy, the Terms of Use, or applicable law.
Enforcement actions may include:
- refusing a request
- removing content
- limiting features
- suspending generation ability
- terminating an account
These actions may be taken with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the platform or others.
8. Repeated or Serious Violations
Repeated misuse, deliberate abuse, or serious policy violations may result in permanent restriction from the platform.
Where appropriate, BACKNEO may preserve relevant operational records to investigate abuse, enforce platform rules, or respond to legal obligations.
